* Individual items are sent via the very reliable international airmail service by the Hong Kong Post Office. http://hongkongpost.com It normally takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive at most destinations worldwide, although there are variances which may go up to 2 ~ 3 weeks.

4, Return and other Policy

Defective item will only be exchanged or refund within 7 days after item arrived. post costs back to us is buyer's responsibility. Exchange is not including personal damage.

Buyer should report of non-receipt only when item does not arrive in 3 weeks after purchase. We shall redeliver item if mail lost is confirmed by the Post Office.
